We loved them. We needed carpet replaced in 4 BR, 2 living room, and 1 office. Also a hallway upstairs and the stairs. We also needed the vinyl flooring replaced in kitchen and laundry room downstairs. We are doing repairs in order to sell our home. They came in with the best offer. We got their information from Angie’s List. From the time we contacted them to the time we got the work actually done, they got it all worked out and done in 3 days. They came to the house, moved all the furniture, and cleaned up as they went along. They were very timely at the house three days in a row at 8 am. They only took up half our day due to our dogs needing not to be kenneled all day. They did an amazing job. The owner and his two workers were very awesome and speedy. I will forever be recommending them to anyone who will listen! 5 star service all the way around. From the saleslady to the workers, very happy with them all.

Elise and Mike were great. They came to our home and measured and gave us an estimate and were willing to install flooring we picked out already. The other large companies didn’t even want to talk to us unless we walked into their store. It was great to have them come out to our house and talk with us. This is our 2nd time purchasing floors from Flooring Trends. Mike & Elise give exceptional customer service, from start to finish. On installation day, Mike comes on time with his crew. They installed our floors beautifully and in a timely manner! The day after they finished, we noticed water seeping underneath our utility room floors caused by our furnace. After the water leak was fixed, Mike returned to check out our floors and make sure there was no water damage. This gave us such peace of mind. Elise and Mike are extremely patient and helpful in selection of a product, design planning, all the way to installation. Mike and his crew were punctual and did a superlative job with installation. They were also neat, cleaning up the entire area when done. Mike was very picky about getting the right color for trim and even returned a second day with 3 more color options. We had to replace our upstairs carpeting, and Flooring Trends made the entire job painless! We are so happy with our floors! They replaced our carpets, about 700 square feet, in less than 3 hours; so they are super fast. They did everything: moved furniture and items, tore out and hauled away old carpeting, installed the new carpets, helped move furniture and items back, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The carpet looks so amazing, it truly turned out perfect! We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. We have to replace our basement carpeting eventually, and we already know we will ask Flooring Trends to do it!
We chose this company due to their fantastic reviews, and we were not disappointed! They did such a beautiful job and went way above the call of duty! Everything was perfect when we returned after leaving them alone for about a day and a quarter to place laminate flooring on the entire living room, dining room and hallway, kitchen, and hall!
