We loved them. We needed carpet replaced in 4 BR, 2 living room, and 1 office. Also a hallway upstairs and the stairs. We also needed the vinyl flooring replaced in Kitchen and Laundry room downstairs. We are doing repairs in order to sell our home. They came in with the best offer. We got their information from Angie's list. From the time we contacted them to the time we got the work actually got it done.The got it all worked out and done in 3 days. They came to the house moved all the furniture and cleaned up as they went along. The were very timely at house three days in a row at 8 am. They only took up half our day due to our dogs needed not to be kenneled all day was my concern. They did an Amazing job. The owner and his two workers were very awesome and speedy. I will forever be recommending them to anyone who will listen! 5 star service all the way around. From the saleslady to the workers, very happy with them all.

Your three men did AMAZING 😍! We are selling our home in Belvidere,. Before we put it on the market we had Flooring Trends come out and give an estimate. The gave the best estimate for what we needed. They replaced the carpet in all the rooms that had carpeting. They also replaced the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. They got it all done in three days. They did a great job, cleaning up as they went along, moving all our furniture. Very understandable about our three dogs. I will forever be recommending them to anyone who will listen. All three were very professional and on time and turned out they were dog people my pups got to meet them and loved them. Fyi it took 2 weeks from the time we booked them until our appointment. So very good on the time frame.

Flooring Trends has an extensive assortment of flooring options at a very competitive price. Elise and Mike are extremely patient and helpful in selection of a product, design planning, all the way to installation. Mike and his crew were punctual and did a superlative job with installation. They were also neat, cleaning up the entire area when done. Mike was very picky about getting the right color for trim and even returned a second day with 3 more color options. I requested a few tweaks and he happily accommodated. I am thrilled with the outcome and how positive the entire experience was start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. In fact, that is how I heard about them.

I used Flooring Trends to replace flooring in 1/2 of my house this year, they put vinyl "wood" flooring in my LARGE basement as well as new carpet on a flight of stairs and in my den. In my research, I received a couple of estimates, but decided to go with Flooring trends due to both a recommendation from a family member as well as how upfront with costs and challenges and materials that Flooring Trends provided. It felt like a realistic estimate. In the end, the work that their team did was top notch and very detail oriented. My basement required leveling which was clearly explained that expertly completed. Even a few months later I'm still finding little places where Flooring trends went out of their way to finish the job correctly. I recently opened a false closet in the basement that houses the main water input valve and noticed that they custom cut a flooring panel to place in there, I never asked them to do this but they did it and it looks amazing. The carpet work was also very detail oriented with some complex corners and curves to place carpet on that meets up with tile. It looks seamless. In the end, I feel that the price I paid was WELL worth it and it felt great to give the job to a family owned local business. I would HIGHLY recommend you utilize Flooring Trends as they truly care about the job and will make sure they deliver. Keep up the good work.
