The team did an amazing job on our floors. Everything looks so beautiful. Mike and Elise are very helpful, kind and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else in the future and highly recommend them. They installed new flooring for the entire house and we couldn't be happier with the results. Elise even picked out a beautiful carpet runner for the stairs that I totally love, it looks custom and it is gorgeous. Thank you for that special touch Elise and thanks to the team for their fabulous work.

We loved them. We needed carpet replaced in 4 BR, 2 living room, and 1 office. Also a hallway upstairs and the stairs. We also needed the vinyl flooring replaced in Kitchen and Laundry room downstairs. We are doing repairs in order to sell our home. They came in with the best offer. We got their information from Angie's list. From the time we contacted them to the time we got the work actually got it done. They got it all worked out and done in 3 days. They came to the house, moved all the furniture and cleaned up as they went along. They were very timely, at the house three days in a row at 8 am. They only took up half our day due to our dogs needing not to be kenneled all day, which was my concern. They did an amazing job. The owner and his two workers were very awesome and speedy. I will forever be recommending them to anyone who will listen! 5 star service all the way around. From the saleslady to the workers, very happy with them all.

I cannot overstate how beautiful my hardwood floors are! We had existing hardwood that needed sanded and refinished, and new hardwood that needed stained. Mark sanded all the flooring, ensuring that the new wood blended perfectly with the existing, and then stained and put on two coats of poly. The floors are simply stunning. The service and work product were exceptional - I highly recommend Flooring Trends for your hardwood work.

Mike and Elise are awesome. We have been working with them for a few years now - after so many disappointments with other local flooring companies, we hired them, and we never looked back. This is their third time with us; we did tile, carpet and vinyl, and they did a marvelous job as usual. I highly recommend them. For your flooring needs don't look anywhere else :)

Fantastic company. Fantastic service. Great customer service. In a world of third party, corporate, out of town subcontractors and nonsense, it was such a breath of fresh air to work with a locally owned company and great people. We just had our older marble tile floor removed and new vinyl flooring installed. It was a hard job and a lot of work - I was expecting a nightmare scenario for the whole job and had a hard time finding a company that even wanted to do it. But Mike and his guys were out here every day, on time (if not early), until the job was done. They did a great job of cleaning up every night. Elise was also fantastic in helping us pick out the right flooring in our price range - super friendly, helpful and real. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We couldn't be any happier.

After receiving quotes from 5 big-box stores telling me 5 different things, I brought in Flooring Trends for a 6th quote based on their reviews. This is a family-owned business with excellent ratings and I'm all about supporting local. After meeting Mike and Elise, I knew without a doubt I finally found my people. Elise was amazing in helping me pick out my floor and I learned a ton. The crew arrived on time and did a beautiful job! They returned and put new baseboards in my entire house and I couldn't be happier! Oh and their prices were even a little lower than all my other quotes. If you need a new floor, talk with these guys. You won't be disappointed!

This is our 2nd time purchasing floors from Flooring Trends. Mike & Elise give exceptional customer service, from start to finish. On installation day, Mike comes on time with his crew. They installed our floors beautifully and in a timely manner! The day after they finished, we noticed water seeping underneath our utility room floors caused by our furnace. After the water leak was fixed, Mike returned to check out our floors and make sure there was no water damage. This gave us such peace of mind. This kind of customer service is why we pick Flooring Trends.

We had to replace our upstairs carpeting, and Flooring Trends made the entire job painless! We are so happy with our floors! They replaced our carpets, about 700 square feet, in less than 3 hours; so they are super fast. They did everything: moved furniture and items, tore out and hauled away old carpeting, installed the new carpets, helped move furniture and items back, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The carpet looks so amazing, it truly turned out perfect! We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication.

We chose this company due to their fantastic reviews, and we were not disappointed! They did such a beautiful job and went way above the call of duty! Everything was perfect when we returned after leaving them alone for about a day and a quarter to place laminate flooring on the entire living room, dining room and hallway, kitchen, and hall! They don't know this, but I own quite a few properties and they will definitely be my go-to company as needed! Kudos to all of them!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very friendly. Very professional. And they always responded very quickly when I had questions. Showed up exactly when they said they were going to which everyone knows can be a struggle when it comes to having work done at your home. And they did an excellent job all around!
